Tales Frey

Tales Frey is a transdisciplinary artist represented by Galeria Verve in São Paulo, Brazil, and by Shame Gallery in Brussels, Belgium. He is a postdoctoral researcher at the Centre for Humanistic Studies at the University of Minho in Portugal, where he also serves as an Assistant Researcher through the Scientific Employment Stimulus – Institutional Program (Contract-Program between FCT and the University of Minho). He holds a PhD in Theatre and Performance Studies from the University of Coimbra, a master’s degree in Art Theory and Criticism, and a specialization in Contemporary Artistic Practices from the Faculty of Fine Arts of the University of Porto, as well as a bachelor’s degree in Theatre Directing from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro.
